72 West RV’s Message About COVID-19

Dear Customers,

Like many of our customers we are preparing for the Spring Camping Season. This year that preparation looks a bit different as we all work together to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. As of the date of this post, we are open for business and intend to continue serving our customers. Importantly, we have created ways for our customers to continue using our services even during this time. Our main office will be available during regular businesses hours as always, but you can call in advance to schedule an appointment at 573.783.6500 or you can “honk for service” once you pull onto the lot and park.

We are also offering the following services to better serve our customers and those people in at-risk categories within our community:

• Full online inventory and online credit applications at www.72westrvs.com
• Enhanced digital walk-thru and video tours upon request
• At-home delivery and loan finalization paperwork on any new and pre-owned campers
• Pickup and return of campers needing service work for those who are practicing social distancing

We are also thoroughly cleaning the surfaces of every camper once it is prepped and again before it is delivered to the customer. We will also be regularly cleaning each camper on the lot.

As a reminder, please stay home if you are sick or feel sick. We want to do our part to help contain this pandemic and you should too.
